Shipping policy
All orders are processed after payment confirmation and are shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout.
Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, regional demand, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once an order has been placed, processing may take several business days depending on order volume and product availability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional processing time.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. BridgesWatches is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. BridgesWatches is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may occasionally experience delays or periods without movement scans.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or unpaid customs fees, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be reshipped.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact perceptvebrand@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue so we can review the situation.
