- Crown or setting issues caused by manufacturing faults
- Bracelet or clasp defects from production
- Dial, hand, or marker defects
- Case or glass defects present upon arrival
Excluded
What is not covered?
Damage from wear, misuse, or modification is not included.
- Normal wear
- Scratches from use
- Water damage caused by misuse
- Drops, impact damage, or accidental damage
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Battery replacement after normal use
- Damage from improper bracelet adjustment
Claims
Damaged or defective items
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, contact BRIDGES within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
