BRIDGES Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the watch must be unused, unworn, unadjusted, and in the same condition it was received. It must be returned with all original packaging, protective materials, tags, cards, and any included accessories.
Items cannot be returned if they show signs of wear, scratches, sizing marks, removed links, damage, modification, or improper handling. Watches that have been adjusted, worn, damaged, or altered are final sale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as BRIDGES is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, we may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is approved due to an error on our end or a verified defect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Do not send any item back without first contacting us and receiving return approval.
BRIDGES reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions listed above.
