Shipping, returns, warranty, tracking, and care.

What is the warranty?

Each BRIDGES watch includes a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Damage from normal wear, impact, water misuse, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and selected carrier.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Can I return my watch?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the watch is unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging.

What if my watch arrives damaged?

Contact BRIDGES within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Is the watch water resistant?

The watch is tested for water resistance based on its rating. Avoid wearing it while showering, swimming, or exposing it to heavy water pressure unless the final rating clearly supports that use.

Can the bracelet be adjusted?

Yes. The bracelet can be adjusted for fit. We recommend having it adjusted by a jeweler or watch professional to avoid damage.

What comes in the box?

Each order includes the BRIDGES watch, black presentation box, protective interior insert, and any included brand materials.

Is the watch inspected before shipping?

Yes. Each watch goes through quality control checks before shipment, including appearance, movement, crown function, bracelet and clasp, water-resistance testing, and final packaging inspection.

What movement does the watch use?

The watch uses a quartz movement for accurate, reliable everyday timekeeping.
